Shipping Policy

We can ship any livestock or perishables to addresses in New Zealand. Non-rural addresses are subject to our live arrival guarantee which is detailed below. We can ship to rural addresses however this is at the buyer's risk. 

Our live arrival shipping policy is as follows:

- In the event of a Dead on Arrival fish, we will refund the fish.

- Please send a picture of the fish in the unopened bag to, or to our Facebook page, within 12 hours of delivery

- Failure to adhere to this policy means we may not be able to offer a refund/replacement. 

- Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We only send live fish, plants, snails, frozen foods, or other perishables on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure they are not stuck in transit over the weekend.
